ANDREW MONARCH Past Delta Epsilon Chi State AND International President
Andrew Monarch attributes much of his success in life to his time and participation in DECA and Delta Epsilon Chi. Andrew joined DECA his junior year of high school in San Jose, California and stayed involved through college.
While attending Johnson & Wales University’s North Miami campus, Andrew excelled and took on many leadership roles including chapter, state and international president of Delta Epsilon Chi. After graduation, Andrew accepted a position with JWU’s newest campus in Denver, CO. Andrew started as a Career Services associate and quickly moved his way up to the Manager of Employer and Alumni Relations. After three great years in Colorado, Andrew moved to San Diego, CA to pursue his MBA. Andrew completed his MBA, with a concentration in entrepreneurship, at San Diego State University. While attending school, Andrew took advantage of many networking opportunities and landed a job as an Account Executive with the San Diego Reader, the country’s third largest alternative newsweekly. After two years in print advertising, Andrew recently moved to Administaff where he focuses on helping small business with their human resource needs. Andrew aspires to own his own business one day, and continues to be a leader in his field! “Delta Epsilon Chi helped me learn the value of networking and building valuable relationships that will help down the road.”  Mr. and Mrs. Andrew (Rebecca) Monarch on their honeymoon.
