Delta Epsilon Chi has done several things that have helped me in my current career. Besides the management and entrepreneurship skills I have achieved by participating in the organization, the social experiences and friendships I have made with individuals sharing similar interests have created several of my current business relationships and partnerships. What I received from Delta Epsilon Chi came about because of what I put into it. The same goes for any career or interest that you may have today. To get the most out of anything you do, you must make sure to put as much effort into it as you can and take risks. I have often lived by the saying, "Don't regret the things you do; regret the things you don't do." Today, as an entrepreneur, my responsibilities are hiring, training, teaching, and managing everyday operations with all of my loan officers. In order to help grow the company, I am also using a lot of the marketing ideas and strategies that I have learned with Delta Epsilon Chi.
